This week, we were thrilled to welcome Martin and Bethany from Access Group Software for an insightful, hands-on training session focused on key elements of quality care.
The session provided our team with updated knowledge on:
Martin's delivery of purpose-built training tailored specifically for homecare providers helped reinforce our ethos of putting people first. It also sparked meaningful discussion across our care and management teams, prompting us to reflect on how we can continue raising the standard of support we provide.

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Caring Care. This week, our Safeguarding Champions came together in our Walsall office to sign our Safeguarding Charter. It is a clear, shared commitment to protecting the well-being, dignity and safety of the people we support in home care across the West Midlands, and to supporting one another as a team.

Recently our team took part in an outstandingly informative Swallowing and Thickener Awareness session with Charlotte, Nestlé Product Trainer. More than 200 carers attended, reflecting our commitment to learning that directly improves support for people receiving home care in Walsall and across the West Midlands.

Our Training and Recruitment Team, together with our Senior Care Coordinators, attended **Dysphagia and IDDSI training** at **Staffordshire Beaconside Centre**, delivered by **Staffordshire Council**. The session was detailed, practical, and hands on. Most importantly, it strengthens how we keep mealtimes safe, calm, and enjoyable for people who live with swallowing difficulties.
