Today was a brilliant day of ideas and inspiration at Aston University as our leadership team came together to challenge the next generation of HR professionals and share real-world insights from the home care sector.
Our Managing Director Manjinder, Director Mitesh, HR Coordinator Zaaima, and Care Coordinator Alexander delivered a Dragons’ Den style challenge, inviting students to pitch their business improvement ideas tailored to the realities of working in home care.
But this was more than a presentation. Manny, Mitesh, Zaaima and Alexander spoke openly about the core values: Trust, Professionalism and Compassion that shape everything we do at Caring Care. They gave students a look at what leadership looks like when it is grounded in people-first care.
It was a particularly meaningful moment for Zaaima and Alexander as they returned to their alma mater, now offering guidance to future professionals.
We look forward to hearing the students’ innovative ideas in June and to seeing how the next generation can help us continue to strengthen and evolve the world of home care.
