Among them, our longest-serving member has been with us for an amazing 15 years, a true testament to their dedication to putting people first. Even our shortest celebration marked 3 years of service, highlighting the longevity and rewarding nature of a career in home care.

Swallowing and Thickener Awareness Training in Walsall: Safer Mealtimes in Home Care
Recently our team took part in an outstandingly informative Swallowing and Thickener Awareness session with Charlotte, Nestlé Product Trainer. More than 200 carers attended, reflecting our commitment to learning that directly improves support for people receiving home care in Walsall and across the West Midlands.
Dysphagia and IDDSI Training in Staffordshire
Our Training and Recruitment Team, together with our Senior Care Coordinators, attended **Dysphagia and IDDSI training** at **Staffordshire Beaconside Centre**, delivered by **Staffordshire Council**. The session was detailed, practical, and hands on. Most importantly, it strengthens how we keep mealtimes safe, calm, and enjoyable for people who live with swallowing difficulties.
