At Caring Care, we believe that our people are at the heart of everything we do. This year, we proudly celebrated an incredible 334 years of collective service at our Long Service Awards, recognising the unwavering dedication and compassion of our exceptional care team.
Caring Care recently invited 68 members of staff to a special awards event, where we expressed our gratitude for their years of commitment to delivering outstanding home care. Among them, our longest-serving member has been with us for an amazing 15 years, a true testament to their dedication to putting people first. Even our shortest celebration marked 3 years of service, highlighting the longevity and rewarding nature of a career in home care.
Providing high-quality home care requires trust, consistency, and compassion—qualities that our long-serving carers embody every day. Many of our clients form meaningful relationships with their carers, relying on their support, companionship, and expertise. Having a stable team allows us to maintain the highest standards of care while ensuring that our clients receive continuity and familiarity in their support.
At Caring Care, we take pride in recognising and rewarding the incredible contributions of our team. The Long Service Awards event was more than just a celebration; it was a reflection of the strong sense of community and purpose that drives our organisation. We are committed to supporting our staff’s career development, offering training and opportunities to grow within the company.
If you're looking for a rewarding career in home care, Caring Care provides a supportive and fulfilling environment where dedication is valued, and every team member plays a crucial role. Whether you're an experienced carer or considering a new career path, we'd love to hear from you.

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Caring Care. This week, our Safeguarding Champions came together in our Walsall office to sign our Safeguarding Charter. It is a clear, shared commitment to protecting the well-being, dignity and safety of the people we support in home care across the West Midlands, and to supporting one another as a team.

Recently our team took part in an outstandingly informative Swallowing and Thickener Awareness session with Charlotte, Nestlé Product Trainer. More than 200 carers attended, reflecting our commitment to learning that directly improves support for people receiving home care in Walsall and across the West Midlands.

Our Training and Recruitment Team, together with our Senior Care Coordinators, attended **Dysphagia and IDDSI training** at **Staffordshire Beaconside Centre**, delivered by **Staffordshire Council**. The session was detailed, practical, and hands on. Most importantly, it strengthens how we keep mealtimes safe, calm, and enjoyable for people who live with swallowing difficulties.
