Caring Care was proud to attend the recent Walsall Works Expo - an event dedicated to career opportunities and workforce development in the local area. Our Training & Recruitment Team had a fantastic day meeting individuals passionate about making a difference through care.
Held in the heart of Walsall, this expo was the perfect platform to highlight what it means to work in home care, and how Caring Care is leading the way in compassionate support across the West Midlands.
At Caring Care, our ethos is simple: Putting People First. That applies not just to our clients, but also to the team members who make everything we do possible. During the event, we shared:
For those new to the sector and seasoned carers alike, our stand was a place to learn, ask questions, and explore the pathway to a fulfilling future in private care.
Home care continues to grow as a preferred alternative to residential care, and the demand for compassionate carers has never been higher. Working in home care offers:
Whether you're based in Walsall, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Dudley, Sandwell, or Birmingham, Caring Care offers roles that suit your skills, schedule, and passion.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who came to speak with us at the Walsall Works Expo. Your curiosity, energy, and genuine interest in care truly inspired us.
As one of the Top 20 Small Home Care Groups in the UK, we’re committed to delivering exceptional support - not just to our clients, but to every team member who joins our Caring Care family.

Caring Care is proud to support initiatives that raise awareness about careers in care and help connect compassionate people with roles where they can truly make a difference.

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Caring Care. This week, our Safeguarding Champions came together in our Walsall office to sign our Safeguarding Charter. It is a clear, shared commitment to protecting the well-being, dignity and safety of the people we support in home care across the West Midlands, and to supporting one another as a team.

Recently our team took part in an outstandingly informative Swallowing and Thickener Awareness session with Charlotte, Nestlé Product Trainer. More than 200 carers attended, reflecting our commitment to learning that directly improves support for people receiving home care in Walsall and across the West Midlands.

Our Training and Recruitment Team, together with our Senior Care Coordinators, attended **Dysphagia and IDDSI training** at **Staffordshire Beaconside Centre**, delivered by **Staffordshire Council**. The session was detailed, practical, and hands on. Most importantly, it strengthens how we keep mealtimes safe, calm, and enjoyable for people who live with swallowing difficulties.
