Emergency Support/Carer Breakdown

Very good staff who turn up four times a day to care for Mum. They do meals, meds and other care duties. They noticed Mum having a stroke and acted quickly. The office staff are friendly too.

I have used Caring Care for both my Mom and Dad and all the carers have been lovely and very caring. Nothing was too much trouble. I would like to especially mention four staff members in particular, we all thought of them as family and I certainly wouldn’t have got through the last few years without them.

My mother had a fall at home and broke her wrist. Caring Care were referred via NHS to enable mom to sat at home with visits in the morning/evening to assist with dressing, washing and getting to bed. The service was very friendly, efficient and undertaken in a caring/personal way that helped my mother/family through this difficult period. Mom is now back in good health and can now go back to an independent existence with ongoing family support. Our thanks go to the Caring Care team for their invaluable support.

Living on my own with just my daughter-in-law who comes once a week with my groceries and stays and does my housework (still works the rest of the week) so you can imagine how much I rely on them. I am completely bed and chair-bound, moved only by a big hoist. In the last 3 years, they have never let me down. Even on my 93rd birthday, some came with cake in the afternoon (picture available). The office is always helpful with any small problem. All I can say is gold stars all around.

The service provided by Caring Care Ltd is excellent. The nurse helps me change into pyjamas and bathe in the morning. She is extremely kind and caring. I am so grateful for her to be helping me.

All carers give an excellent service.

The caring staff that attend for me are always smartly dressed in a uniform and polite in their conversational skills. The carers are always pleasant and help to brighten my day.

My Mother who lived with me fractured her pelvis in Jan 2024 - on arrival back at home she needed x2 carers for 3 times a day. I cannot emphasise enough how I could not have managed without their support. - All the carers who came to my Mother were amazing, they were attentive, polite, and fabulous at their job - and made my Mother, who was adamant she didn’t want carers, look forward to their daily visits, asking when and what time they would be there. Sadly we lost Mom in late March but I know she would want me to thank each and everyone for their kindness, their care, and above all the laughs - so thank you from Mum and me - amazing team.

Caring Care have been looking after my mom for a year now. They took time to prepare a good care plan and carry it out effectively. Communication is excellent and any issues are always resolved quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Caring Care has looked after Mom with kindness and dignity. Mom’s carer has built a wonderful relationship of care and support.
